Terms of
Service

By accessing or using ProjectCoachAI Forge ("Forge" or the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all Forge users including free-tier (Starter), paid subscribers (Decide Faster, Work Like a Pro, Run a Team), and enterprise customers.

ProjectCoachAI Forge is a web application that provides:

• Multi-AI Comparison — query multiple AI models simultaneously and compare responses side by side.
• Synthesis & Decision Support — generate synthesised insights from multiple AI perspectives to support decision-making.
• Excel & Data Intelligence — upload and analyse spreadsheet and CSV data with AI-powered insights across seven analysis frameworks.
• Prompt Library & Workspace Tools — save, organise, and reuse prompts and analysis templates.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use Forge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without explicit authorisation.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it current.
• You must notify us immediately at contact@projectcoachai.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to use Forge only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use Forge to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Application.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Circumvent any rate limits, usage caps, or access controls.
• Upload data that you do not have the right to process or that contains the personal data of others without appropriate authorisation.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label Forge itself (as distinct from exporting your own analysis outputs, which is permitted on applicable plans).

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Forge to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.

• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time from your Profile page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Upgrades — if you upgrade during a billing period, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the period.
• Failed payments — if payment fails, we will attempt to charge again over 3 days before downgrading your account to the free tier.
• Price changes — we will give at least 30 days notice of any price changes via email before they take effect.

The Forge application, including its design, code, and brand, is owned by Xencore Global GmbH and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

The AI-generated outputs you produce using Forge are yours. We make no claim to ownership over the content of your analyses, syntheses, or exported documents.

You retain ownership of all data, prompts, and content you input into Forge. By using the Service, you grant Forge a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share your content with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Service (i.e. forwarding your prompts to the AI providers you select).

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload to Forge complies with applicable law, including data protection law governing any personal data it may contain.

Forge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

AI outputs are not professional advice. Nothing produced by Forge constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated analysis before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xencore Global GmbH and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Forge in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. In cases of serious violations (including illegal use or abuse of the Service), we may terminate without notice.

You may close your account and stop using the Service at any time from your Profile page under Account Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For non-material changes (such as clarifications or corrections that do not affect your rights), we may update the Terms without prior notice.
